2025 Delicate Organic EVOO
Our Delicate oil is a late harvest style pressed from purple/ripe olives with smooth, impeccably balanced delicate fruity flavours. Varieties include the rare Benito and Verdale, this oil is unfiltered, unrefined and lovingly hand-bottled in small batches. Our heritage trees rely solely on natural rainfall and once picked, olives are cold pressed immediately producing a low yield of ultra-premium olive oil - beautifully concentrated in flavour.

Judge's comments: "Sweet refreshing nose with fresh grassy notes, tomato leaf, tobacco, lemon verbena, basil, and blossoms. Transfers to a palate with fresh intensity, sweet red fruit flavours and green tomato on the palate. A lovely gentle bitterness and pungency. Good length, clean mouthfeel."
