Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

  Await Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number along with the appropriate return shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened items in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
