In response to both drought and heatwave conditions affecting our crop, we are proud to collaborate with local growers who share our commitment to quality and follow similar sustainable (though not certified organic) practices to produce this Robust EVOO, meeting our high standards. 

Originally exclusively reserved for our restaurant and café clients, its flavour quickly earned praise from leading chefs and now, for the first time, it's available to order online. 

100% Australian and estate-bottled, our Robust EVOO features the Frantoio variety balanced with complementary varieties for a classic medium-robust flavour profile - It's fruity with herbaceous notes and a peppery finish. Bold enough to elevate any dish, yet smooth enough for everyday use:
