Our infused oils are crafted on our estate in the Grampians, where we gently infuse premium cold pressed extra virgin olive oil - always without heat - and lovingly hand bottle in small batches. This careful process preserves the oil’s character while layering in vibrant, balanced flavours that will add gourmet flair to your meals with just a drizzle.Â
Fructose friendly - no garlic bulb is present.
Seasonal note: Our infused oils are not certified organic this season. In a low-harvest year, we chose to reserve our estate organic oil for our Signature and Delicate EVOO. To keep the infused range available, each infusion is crafted in small batches on our estate using premium Australian EVOO from trusted growers, with the same flavour and quality you expect.
